What is Pilates?

Pilates is a modern system of body maintenance named after its inventor, Joseph H.Pilates.  Pilates defined his regime as the complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.  It’s not just another exercise fad, but a successful system that has proved over time to achieve positive results.

Where and When can you do Pilates?

Inch 4 Inch Fitness is situated in Van Riebeeck Park, Kempton Park. Inch 4 Inch Fitness offers private, semi-private and group sessions.   Private (1 client) and semi-private (2 clients) usually involves equipment use whereas group session (6-8 clients) will be non-equipment based.
