Studio policy

1. Please cancel training sessions 24 hours in advance, to avoid forfeiting your session.

2. Please notify your instructor via sms if you are going to be late or if you cannot attend a session.

3. Sessions cancelled on the same day can unfortunately not be rescheduled.

4. Sessions cancelled in advance will be made up within the same month depending on availability of the instructor.   Unfortunately no sessions will be carried over to the following month. 

5. Please bear in mind that there is a waiting list for our classes.  If you miss more than two consecutive classes, you need to re-evaluate your commitment towards training.  Other clients might be waiting for an opening.

6. A full calendar month’s notice will be required for termination of your contract.

7. Cancellation of a contract will result in the loss of your time slot if you rejoin.

8. Classes are neither refundable nor transferable from 1 month to the next.

9. In the event of the unavailability of the necessary teaching staff, such classes will be presented at a later date, by arrangement between the client and the instructor.

10. All fees are to be paid on the 1st of every month in advance, in the event that fees are not paid timorously; classes may be terminated until payment is made.

11. December and January fees must please be paid either before the Christmas holidays or no later than the 3rd of January.

12. The studio will be closed on Public holidays unless otherwise discussed.

13. Sessions that commenced late will still end on time.  Please be punctual.

14. Sessions are 55 minutes long.

15. No shoes are allowed on the mats or when using equipment.  Please don’t walk over the mats with your shoes.
