Michelle Lambrechts – Founder / Owner and Head Instructor at Inch 4 Inch Fitness:

Experience / Focus:  Trained clients in Sandton and Pretoria before opening Inch 4 Inch Fitness in 2007.  Her focus is in perfecting techniques in body, posture, core, fitness and mind training, reaching sport specific goals. 


Francis Collatz – Instructor

Qualifications:

·         Chiropractic Degree (M.Tech - University of Johannesburg – 2017)

·         Body Arts and Science International (BASI) – 2012

·         High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

·         Rebound SA – 2017

Experience / Focus:  Training and practical hours at Inch for Inch Fitness during the BASI course in 2012.  Now a post-graduate with Chiropractic degree, she focuses on balance, alignment, posture and core strength. 


Katia Dias – Instructor

Qualifications:

·         B.Sc Degree in Biochemistry and Zoology (University of Johannesburg - 2006)

·         B.Sc Honours Degree in Biochemistry (University of Johannesburg - 2007)

·         M.Sc Degree in Plant Biotechnology (University of the Witwatersrand -2012)

·         Hatha Yoga Instructor (Young Yoga Institute - 2018 (in- training)

Experience / Focus:  Yoga has been a part her journey for over 8 years. It has played a big role in finding her purpose and joy in life. Her intention is to ignite a passion and inquisitiveness for yoga in children and adults alike. She loves to impart her knowledge and share inspirational messages in all her classes.


Esther Campher – Instructor

Experience / Focus:  Her favorite challenge is working with people who has lost the fight against weight loss and living healthy lifestyles.  Being a mother of two daughters, she understands the balance in life and the importance thereof.  


Dierdre Malan "Dee" – Instructor

Qualifications:

·         Rhythm Pilates – 2017

Experience / Focus:  Trained clients in Pretoria and Modderfontein.  Coming from a history in dance, her attention to detail is exceptional and makes her a natural teacher / trainer.
