Adult Yoga

At Inch 4 Inch Fitness we create a sanctuary where we come together, unroll our mats and practise mindful movement of our bodies in a sacred space. Moving this way with intention, we bring a deeper compassionate awareness, encouraging a reconnection with ourselves and each other.

It’s a place where you’re free to be yourself, exploration is encouraged and curiosity is nurtured.

The yoga style is a mix of traditional Hatha yoga, alignment, restorative postures and body

strengthening flows.


These classes cater for all levels – beginners are welcome!



Kids Yoga

Yoga is an exciting way for children to discover important life skills in a nourishing atmosphere. Time spent doing yoga inspires children to harness the quietness within themselves, while learning

mindfulness and body awareness – and have fun at the same time!


Children will develop strength, coordination, flexibility, increased muscle tone, as well as greater concentration and focus. Regular yoga practice  will help youngsters to reduce stress and alleviate the effects of depression and anxiety. This is a natural result of encouraging them to express and free their emotions  in a safe environment.

Yoga empowers children to explore who they are. They are allowed the freedom to be their extraordinary selves by showing them that yoga accepts them as they are. The classes are non-

competitive and play-based.
